Union Market, a combination of shops and restaurants in the same place, is coming to Phoenix. The concept, which currently exists in Tustin and Mission Viejo, CA, will locate at the first floor of the US Bank Center building at 101 N First Ave in downtown Phoenix. According to developer Russell Young, who created the SoCal Union Market concepts, the shops will take over 16k SF on the first floor, with an option to take 12k SF in the basement.
