SkySong Getting $5M Restaurant Space

Wetta Ventures and Brick & West Design are partnering to develop a $5M restaurant space at ASU's SkySong Scottsdale Innovation Center. The new space at the south Scottsdale tech center will total 12k SF and could see three or four tenants. It will include a 3k SF garden, as well as space for a 4,500 SF farm-to-table restaurant, the Phoenix Business Journal reports. The space is slated for completion in Q2 2016. [PBJ]
