Scottsdale 101 Trades For $81M

YAM Properties acquired the 563k SF Scottsdale 101 shopping center at 7000 E Mayo Blvd in Phoenix for $81M. AEW Capital Management sold a leasehold interest in property on behalf of an institutional owner.

The shopping center was developed in 2003 and had 95k SF of vacant space available at time of sale, CoStar reports. The buyer will continue to operate the property. [CoStar]
