Retail Center Near ASU Sells For $2M

Red Devil Center, situated in South Tempe, has sold for $2.06M. The 18k SF retail center is shadow-anchored by Fry’s Food Store and home to H&R Block, Red Devil Italian Restaurant and Trophy Den. It was 81% occupied at close of escrow.

The center sits near ASU’s main campus. “Red Devil Center has a great location on Southern and Mill, as well as a great deal of upside opportunity through leasing," says Orion Investment VP Derek Buescher, who repped the seller.
