Lamar Cos of New Jersey acquired Mountain Park Plaza on 7th Street and Baseline Road in Phoenix for $9.6M from a 19-member TIC based in Washington state. Developed in 1988, Mountain Park Plaza is an 87k SF grocery-anchored center on eight acres. The property has been continuously anchored by Fry’s Food and Drug for more than 27 years, reports AZ Big Media, and it's currently 95% leased.
