Marketplace at Lincoln & Scottsdale Trades Hands

Calgary-based MDC Realty Advisors USA acquired the 22k SF Marketplace at Lincoln & Scottsdale for $14M from its developer, Len Noel. The property is home to a number of restaurants, including Scramble, Sumo Maya and Vivo! Ristorante. The Canadian buyer also owns Paloma Village in Tucson and other properties in Phoenix, the Phoenix Business Journal reports. Orion Investment Real Estate's Ari Spiro and Sean Stutzman brokered the deal. [PBJ]
