Loco Patrõn Opening Another Branch

Loco Patrõn has leased a space on Northsight Boulevard for another Mexican brewery location. Formerly Salty Senorita, the space is adjacent to a 297-unit luxury apartment building under construction now. Existing tenants near Loco Patrõn’s new spot include Costco, Walmart Supercenter, Sam’s Club and Home Depot.

"We are very excited to bring a Mexican Brewery to North Scottsdale Airpark,” owner Ryan Vertuca says. “We have been looking for the right location for the past three years to deliver our newest concept, and believe we have found a great building and neighborhood. Renovations are underway. First on the list is to almost double the size of the current patio. The new patio will have a ‘backyard feel’ to it.”
