Jeff Koerperick To Oversee Vestar’s Portfolio

Vestar announced this week that Jeff Koerperick will be assuming the role of asset manager, overseeing the company’s portfolio of assets owned through JVs. Previously, he served as Spirit Capital Realty’s VP of asset management, supervising a $2.5B portfolio. A member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Jeff holds an MBA from Arizona State University.

“With Vestar’s continuing growth, Jeff brings a strong foundation of expertise and leadership, and is a great addition to our successful management team,” Vestar chairman and CEO Richard J. Kuhle says.
