Country Music Restaurant/Bar For Millennials Underway In Gilbert

Country music star Dierks Bentley was on hand this week for the groundbreaking of Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row in Downtown Gilbert (not the guy in the cowboy hat, but the one fifth from the right). In a time when eating and drinking venues need to be distinctive, the 8,700 SF property at 323 N Gilbert Rd is a Millennial take on a country music restaurant/bar, says Riot Hospitality CEO Ryan Hibbert, whose company owns and operates the Whiskey Row restaurants.

The restaurant features a 4,700 SF patio, a large dance floor for country line dancing, an outdoor area for games such as cornhole and ping pong, and large interior space to host parties. The entry and large exterior windows will face Gilbert Road, fostering connectivity to the lively Downtown atmosphere, notes Ryan. LGE Design Build will construct the restaurant by the end of this year.
