Celebrity Chef Scott Conant's First Phoenix Venue Completed

Mora Italian, an Italian osteria that will serve as celebrity chef and TV personality Scott Conant’s introduction to the Valley, has opened at 5651 North 7th St. in Phoenix. Among other things, Conant has appeared on "Top Chef," "Chopped" and "24-Hour Restaurant Battle," and has opened restaurants in New York and Miami.

The indoor/outdoor Mora Italian concept includes seating for 165 in 5,800 SF and various aesthetic touches, such as a 700 SF patio and rollup doors that allow for air and sunlight inside. Natural stone, brick and metal touches dominate Mora’s interior.

Mora’s menu includes wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas and shareable plates. For drinks, there are craft cocktails, local and imported beer and an array of Italian wines. The property was designed and built by LGE Design Build.
