The Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport just sold to Infinity Realty Advisors for $55M.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler arranged the financing and closed the sale of the 306-room property at 18800 MacArthur Blvd for DiNapoli Capital Partners.

Infinity bought the hotel free and clear of any existing debt.

The 10-story hotel recently underwent a huge reno that included upgrading the guest rooms and increasing the room count, according to GlobeSt.com.

The property also has a fully equipped fitness center, a business kiosk, a heated outdoor pool, a whirlpool, 414 parking stalls and a restaurant, the Aura Bar & Grill.

HFF will service Infinity's loan, which is a 10-year, fixed-rate acquisition loan with Goldman Sachs Mortgage Co.

The HFF investment sales team led by managing directors Scott Hall, James Escarzega and Tony Malk repped the seller.
