| Earlier, we stopped by 11 W. 19th St., where Savitt Partners showed off a bright block of 26k SF on the fourth floor. We snapped EVP Marc Schoen, president Bob Savitt, and building leasing brokers Carol Sacks and Michael Dubin. They tell us that the space can be subdivided into 13.3k-SF and 12.7k-SF blocks of office/showroom space, and features a dedicated freight elevator, 13-foot ceilings, and columns that span 21 feet from east-to-west and 18 feet north-to-south. Other tenants: Tory Burch, Epsilon, Nautica, and Time Warner. Over 15k SF of retail space on the bottom floor is also available. |
| Savitt Partners might feel confident with all the lease signings we’ve been hearing about as tenants begin to make decisions again. Adams & Co.’s Brett Maslin (right, with colleagues Zach Shulruff,Nick Zagar, and Matt Lorberbaum) tells us that Childrenswear Center, 34 W. 33rd St., which we visited in March, is close to capacity, signing 1k SF to Bit of Honey, 1.2k SF to St. Lawrence Textiles, and 1k SF to Northern Apparel. Speaking of garments, Carol and Michael just signed Overseas Garment Production to a five-year, 3.2k-SF renewal and expansion at 499 Seventh Ave. |

Monday Properties also just signed a spate of leases, including Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics’ 4.2k-SF, Mag Capital Management’s 1.1k-SF, and Waxman and Waxman’s 2.5k-SF renewals at 386 Park Ave. South; and Bobby Van’s Steakhouse renewal at 230 Park. |
