Major Entertainment Venue Planned For Nashville Yards Redevelopment

AEG, one of the country's largest live entertainment companies, is planning a 4,000-seat indoor music venue as part of the Nashville Yards redevelopment project near Downtown by master developer Southwest Value Partners. The LA-based AEG's venue would anchor a four-acre, mixed-use entertainment area on the 15-acre overall site, which is the former LifeWay Christian Resources campus, the Tennessean reports.

Southwest Value's main development partner for office, retail and multifamily buildings at Nashville Yards is Dallas-based Lincoln Property. Dimension Development Co. will co-develop a 600-room Hyatt Regency hotel with Southwest Value on the site.
