Hardee's HQ Move Takes 47k SF In Williamson County

The relocation of Hardee's HQ to Cool Springs, announced in March, has been quantified a bit: it will create more than 100 corporate jobs in occupying 47k SF at Spectrum Emery's Two Franklin Park, which is under construction. Spectrum Properties' David Wells is leasing the remainder of Franklin Park.

CKE Restaurants Holdings, the burger chain's parent, will invest $5M in the move. CKE Restaurants' relocation will consolidate its Carpinteria, CA, HQ and the corporate offices of the Hardee's division, currently in St. Louis, the Tennessean reports. In addition to Hardee's, the company's also parent for the Carl's Jr. chain. [Tennesseean]
