The Fresh Market inked a lease for more than 23k SF at Lion's Head Village shopping center on White Bridge Road, marking the first store of that brand in Nashville, though there are others in Brentwood, Hendersonville and Murfreesboro.

It's a strong location for the upscale market, reports the Nashville Business Journal. According to Boyle Investment Co, which owns the property, customers in nearby Belle Meade and Green Hills have about $19k more in buying power per year than the average household in the region. Greensboro, NC-based Fresh Market expects to open the store in about a year in a space formerly occupied by Office Max. [NBJ]
