Costco Coming To Clear Lake/Webster Area

A 158K SF Costco is coming just south of Bay Area Boulevard on the southbound I-45 frontage road. Plans were laid out at the city of Webster's most recent Planning and Zoning commission meeting. The development will be predicated by the development of several new roads, including Jasmine Avenue and Genesis Boulevard, allowing for additional development west of the Gulf Freeway. A detached 24-pump fueling station will be constructed on Jasmine. The Costco warehouse and fuel facility would employ approximately 200 to 250 people full and part time.
