Zall Sets Up Shop In RiNo

The Zall Co has moved to a new HQ in RiNo, relocating from the Denver Tech Center. Here's retail real estate guru Stuart Zall outside the new HQ. Real estate companies, it turns out, move to the urban core for many of the same reasons as anyone else, such as keeping Millennials happy. “It’s the right place and the right time,” explains Stuart. “Our company culture is young, opportunistic and energetic, which is all the things that RiNo is."
