Twist & Shout Building On The Market

The building at 2526 East Colfax Ave, which houses the indy record store Twist & Shout (2508 East Colfax Ave), is on the block. The 13k SF property, across Colfax from East High School, also houses a Chipotle Mexican Grill and New World Cheese; its asking price is a bit more than $4M, or about $301/SF, the Denver Business Journal reports.

Twist & Shout, one of metro Denver's surviving independent music stores—and there aren't that many left—moved into the space in 2006. The businesses in the store, including Twist & Shout, aren't part of the listing, which is being handled by Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors' Cody Stambaugh.
