The latest fitness craze to flow into Denver is Row House, a boutique brand that recently opened its doors at 9358 Dorchester St. in Highlands Ranch.

Franchise owner Anne Johnson, who spent 25 years in the St. Louis area working in the technology industry before opening a Row House, plans to open two more locations in the south metro Denver area by 2020.

“Row House drew me in because it gives people of all different shapes, sizes and abilities an efficient, effective high-cardio, full-body workout in an inclusive group environment — and one that builds bodies up instead of breaking them down,” Johnson said. “I’m excited to see Row House thrive in the energetic, fitness-minded community of Highlands Ranch.”

In addition to Colorado, New York City-based Row House has locations in California, Illinois, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Texas. Its expansion plans include 30 new locations in additional states, including Washington, Virginia and New Jersey.
