Recently Taubman Co completed the new Restoration Hardware in Denver, but it isn't just another location of the chain. RH Denver, notes Restoration Hardware chairman Gary Friedman, is the first specialty retailer anywhere to anchor a major regional shopping center, located where a Saks 5th Avenue used to be at the Gallery at Cherry Creek. "RH as a tenant can not only attract the right clientele to the center, but also attract the right new tenants," Gary says. RH Denver is the latest iteration of the brand’s design galleries, which includes a greater assortment of RH collections, current concepts and upcoming new businesses.
