The massive One Union Station property at 1615 Wynkoop St. will now be managed by ColeTaylor.

The Denver-based commercial property management company will now oversee the 111,744 SF office building and its thousands of square feet of retail space, the company announced Friday. The project is currently home to retailers including a FirstBank branch, Zo Ma Ma, Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill and Protein Bar.
One Union Station is owned by Germany-based GLL and was previously managed by Hines.

Denver-based energy company Antero Resources leases three floors in the building, or around 98K SF.
