Gart Properties Buys Orchard Plaza at DTC

Tenants At Orchard Plaza Include Primrose School, Starbucks, Federal Express And Specialty Appliance.

Denver-based Gart Properties LLC has acquired Orchard Plaza.

The 155K SF retail and service center has tenants including Starbucks, Federal Express and Primrose School. Gart Properties said in a statement that it is also looking at opportunities throughout the Rocky Mountain West.

The property sits in the Denver Tech Center and will soon include Spice Trade Brewery & Restaurant. Gart also owns The Village Shopping Center in Boulder and the 350K SF Denver Pavilions.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
