Dick's Bags Two Denver Sports Authority Leases

Dick's Sporting Goods bought two Sports Authority leases in metro Denver at auction as part of its $8M winning bid for the moribund Sports Authority's intellectual property and 31 of its retail leases nationwide.

Store No. 142 at 370 South Colorado Blvd in Glendale is one of the two, reports the Denver Business Journal. The other store, No. 136, at 14500 West Colfax Ave in Lakewood, is part of the Colorado Mills shopping center. Most of the rest of the leases Dick's acquired were in California and Florida. [DBJ]
