Head to Boulder for Good Grub

Livability.com just came out with its 2014 Top 10 Foodie Cities, and Boulder came in at No. 7, and was the only Colorado city on the list, which New Haven, Conn topped. What makes a city a foodie paradise: Such things as the amount residents spend on food and the frequency they eat at local restaurants, but also the number of farmers markets, access to healthy food options, and how many James Beard Foundation award winners there are in the area. (We're going to need to start wearing pants with elastic waist bands.)
