NEW LEASE AT BROOKWOOD

PAM Fastening Technology recently leased 37k SF at the Brookwood VIII building at 1108 Continental Blvd. PAM is a wholly owned subsidiary of Germany-based Buhnen International GmbH. The company primarily does  distribution but has begun designing, engineeringm and manufacturing its  own line of products, says PAM President  Ed Minchew. It will begin marketing its new product roster internationally next year starting with a recently developed auto-feed screwdriver. PAM?s principal line now includes collated screws, auto-feed systems, and hot-melt adhesives and applicators. (That's hot-melt, not tuna-melt. Hang in there 'til lunch) PAM was repped in lease negotiations by Trinity Partners' Adam Eason. Childress Klein Properties' Matt Harper repped the landlord.
