NEW JLL HEAD EYES FUTURE

As one of the founding members of Charlotte's Keystone Partners brokerage firm, Chase Monroe was always trying to anticipate the future. And after more than 10 years, he realized that Keystone needed to merge with a national or international brokerage house to remain competitive. So was born the plan to merge with Jones Lang LaSalle. The 18-month effort was completed March 21. Chase now heads the 50-person JLL office, which is HQ'd at One Morrocroft Centre in SouthPark. JLL?s name recognition  also helped ensure a foot in the door with clients whose decision makers were HQ'd outside Charlotte, Chase says. ?And we have the team in place to meet any client needs that may be out there.?
