| Jones Lang LaSalle has landed the leasing and management assignments for the 182k SF Fairview Centers One and Two in SouthPark. The buildings, owned by MetLife, are across the street from SouthPark Mall and are near no fewer than 42 restaurants. (The question is, did anyone squeeze a gym in there somewhere?) Anchors include Zapata Engineering, law firm McAngus Goudelock & Courie and New England Financial. JLL has an established relationship with MetLife in Atlanta, where its asset managers for the two properties are based, JLL?s Tom FitzGerald tells us. JLL replaces CBRE. |
