JETION SHINES LIGHT ON CHARLOTTE

Jetion Solar US Corp, a recently formed subsidiary of Jetion Solar China, has selected Charlotte for a 40-employee US operation. Jetion Solar makes solar cells and modules and employs more than 2,000 throughout Asia and Europe. The new Charlotte site will function as the company's North American sales and service center, as well as an assembly location for solar modules. Jetion leased more than 20k SF of industrial space at Commerce Park in southwest Charlotte. Bertolina Commercial Real Estate Services' Ian Bertolina  repped the company. Jones Lang LaSalle's Pete Pittroff and Brad Cherry repped the owner, EastGroup Properties. The Charlotte Chamber's Eileen Cai assisted Jetion with its assessment of Charlotte's manufacturing and business environment.  And the sun reps us all.
