The corporation will be managed by Charlotte-based Insite Properties in a JV with Baltimore-based Alex Brown Realty, Insite?s Adam Russtells us. Terms weren't disclosed, but the buildings total about 95k SF. Charlotte Medical Plaza I and II are near Carolinas Medical Center and Presbyterian Hospital. Tenants include Randolph Internal Medicine, Parker Internal Medicine, CMC Hospital Authority, and Charlotte Clinical Research. |
