Tanger Factory Outlet Centers said recently that it plans to develop a 350k SF outlet center at I-485 and Steele Creek Road, citing Charlotte's retail momentum. The company estimates that the center, being developed with Childress Klein Properties and Steele Creek Limited Partnership, will have about 90 stores and open its doors in 2014. |
