Bar Louie and Mission BBQ are among the businesses coming to Foundry Row, a $140M redevelopment of the former Solo Cup factory in Owings Mills to open this fall. Developers Greenberg Gibbons and Vanguard also announced Thursday that Chipotle, La-Z-Boy, Massage Envy, Xfinity, Floyd's 99 Barbershop and Hair Cuttery will join the 50-acre development on Reisterstown Road.
It will be the second Bar Louie in Baltimore County. A cocktail-driven concept that serves flatbreads and burgers, Bar Louie also has a location in Hunt Valley. Maryland's fast-growing Mission BBQ has locations in Indiana, Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Virginia. Anchored by Wegmans, Foundry Row's other retailers will include Ulta, Old Navy, LA Fitness, Bagby Pizza, Nally Fresh, and Foundry Row and Spirits. LifeBridge Health was the first announced office tenant.
