BRAC-BREAKING GOOD

Harford County economic development director Jim Richardson(here with county executive David Craig and Merritt Properties prez Robb Merritt) says the county is one of the top five growth regions in the country, with 48 defense contractors moving there last year. That's why Merritt recently started work on Aberdeen Corporate Park, a $40M project that leasing director Lou Boeri says will capitalize on BRAC-related growth. The first building delivers fall 2011 and will be closer to Aberdeen?s amenity base than the competition, he says, helping it attract tenants that will grow with the community.
