This Week at ICSC

This week, we were at National Harbor in Prince George's County for the annual ICSC Mid-Atlantic conference, where we snapped Klein Enterprises prez Dan Klein, who updated attendees on his firm's Marketplace at Fells Point project. The east block of the development at Fleet Street and Broadway will finish up in approximately the next 30 days, while the west block should deliver by the end of the summer, Dan says. There are several LOIs out on retail space for the project's 27k SF of retail.

And on Tuesday night, at Brown Craig Turner's ICSC bash at Rosa Mexicano, we snapped firm prez and CEO Bryce Turner along with Safway Services' Kim LaPira, MacKenzie's Tom Fidler, and Merkel Design Studio's Nina Merkel. Bryce tells us the firm is working on the conversion of 10 Light in to residential; it also designed five of National Harbor's waterfront buildings.
