Accesso Partners To Expand 7700 Parmer By 20% As eBay Renews 214k SF Lease

The 129-acre, 900k SF 7700 Parmer campus at Anderson and Parmer Lane will build a fifth building, bringing the campus to more than 1.1M SF. Florida-based Accesso Partners, which owns the technology office park, will break ground once it has a tenant signed.

Contributing to the campus’ 95.5% occupancy, eBay has renewed its 214k SF lease. Other tenants include Oracle, Google, PayPal, Electronic Arts, Polycom, Deloitte, and Dun & Bradstreet. Stepping Stone School, a private preschool, recently renewed its 12k SF lease.

Aquila Commercial’s David Putman, Bart Matheney and Ben Tolson repped Accesso Partners. Simon Clark, Jerry Frey and Burke Kennedy of CBRE in Palo Alto, Calif., represented eBay.
