MIMCO closed on the Dellview Marketplace Shopping Center, a 12k SF property worth $13M, according to Bexar County’s Appraisal District. The property, anchored by a neighboring 203k SF Walmart, is between Loop 410 and I-10 and 80% occupied with a mixture of retail tenants and service providers. MIMCO purchased the property from Covington Dellview Marketplace, and will immediately begin renovating the facade, parking and landscaped areas.
