Finalists For Braves

The prospect of a new Braves stadium sure makes strange bedfellows. We got a chance this morning to ask North American Properties' John Kelley about his firm's proposed JV with Hines Interests and LA-based stadium operator/developer AEG Facilities. Mums the word with Jeff. But sources tell us the North American JV is one of the finalists for the Braves stadium mixed-use project in Cobb County. The other party still in play, sources say, is a JV between Pope & Land Enterprises and Fuqua Development.
