For PM Realty's Dean Giordano and Bill Weghorst, it's like being home again. The duo grabbed the leasing and management of 14 Piedmont Center, a 302K SF Class A tower off of Piedmont Road in Buckhead and one of the largest office buildings inside the Piedmont Center office park. Bill and Dean leased the building back in the early 2000s, up until America's Capital Partners purchased it in 2004. Fourteen Piedmont Center is now at about 55% leased, Bill tells us. |
