South Florida's Leading Developers To Discuss Upcoming Projects And Market Growth

Nighttime cityscape with a tall, illuminated building, busy roads with light trails, and glow from streetlights and distant city lights.

Luxury development on West Palm Beach’s North Flagler Drive is heating up as the neighborhood prepares to welcome an influx of high-rise condominiums along the water.

New residences in the “billionaire corridor” stretch of Flagler Drive along the Intracoastal Waterway will offer exclusive access to the water, luxury amenities and proximity to downtown West Palm Beach.

“There’s a huge difference between being across the street and having toes in the water,” said Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, managing partner and principal of Cervera Real Estate, a South Florida brokerage. “Investing billions of dollars in North Flagler shows that a transformation is happening.”

Behind these projects are developers who have helped shape the South Florida skyline.

Properties in the pipeline include two 31-story towers with 281 condos from South Florida developers Terra Group and BH Group. The 1.55-acre parcel of land is under contract to be sold for nearly $100M by developer and philanthropist Jeff Greene.

Another prominent project is The Ritz-Carlton Residences, a 27-story waterfront luxury tower with 138 condos, from BH Group and the Related Group. The project broke ground in February and is set to finish in 2028.

On Dec. 1, Bisnow’s Palm Beach State of the Market event at the Palm Beach Convention Center will bring together the leaders responsible for bringing these projects to life: Greene, TerraGroup CEO David Martin, Related Group President Nick Perez and BH Group CEO Isaac Toledano.

Their keynote fireside, titled Palm Beach’s Power Players on What Comes Next, will be moderated by BMO Commercial Bank Managing Director Shawn Oden. It will provide insights into some of the factors impacting development and perspectives on the trajectory of this market over the next 10 years.
