Life htx, a new event space just off Westheimer Road at 2512 Woodhead in Montrose, is now open. The project is the brainchild of Prestige Builders owner Monsour Taghdisi and Define Body + Mind founder Henry Richardson.
Life htx will offer canvas-like interiors with 14-foot gallery walls with high-tech lighting and 100-foot projector screens to create a customizable venue capable of accommodating 250 guests, reports the Houston Business Journal. Valet parking is available for all events.
The venue will compete with The Merril House, another new event facility in Upper Kirby, which opened just last week. Montrose also has well-established venues Avant Garden and La Colombe d'Or Hotel, and Life htx will have to compete with Nouveau Antique Art Bar in nearby Midtown.
