Ohio Restaurant Company Bringing Another Brand To Denver

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, which is based in Columbus, Ohio, and has two of its brands already represented in metro Denver, is bringing a third to town: Marcella's. The restaurant company, which operates Ocean Prime and Rusty Bucket locations here, will open Marcella's next summer as only the third of that name after running two in Columbus for nearly 10 years.

The restaurant, an Italian cafe with an emphasis on wine, wood-fired pizzas and pastas, will measure more than 5k SF, the Denver Business Journal reports. In the Lower Highland neighborhood, it will be part of 18th and Central, a mixed-use project with 317 residential units and other retail and restaurant spaces. The existing Cameron Mitchell restaurants in the Denver market are Ocean Prime in Larimer Square and the Rusty Bucket Restaurant & Tavern at Westminster's Orchard Town Center. [DBJ]
