Last night, at the fourth annual Pub Games for the SED Center (Spanish Education Development), more than 600 of DC's brightest young real estate minds enjoyed beer, games and one of America's national pastimes: watching Elvis ride a mechanical bull.

The crew at DFS Construction took home the prize for best group costume, because, well just look at them. They're glorious. They were the second highlight of the night, behind the $130k the event raised for SED Center.

We also snapped the team from JBG, dressing for the tropical weather we're hopefully seeing more of. One can only assume each of the leis the team was wearing represents one of the myriad projects JBG is doing around the region.

Other than the mechanical bull, teams from all over the industry—we saw architects, construction firms, developers, brokers, title insurers and more—participated in trivia, Jenga, Connect Four. There was a pentathlon the pub athletes could compete in: Skeeball, Buck Hunter, Pop-a-Shot, 2-Minute Drill and the mechanical bull.

We saw our friends from VTS, the title sponsor of the event, enjoying themselves as well. We snapped Alec LeFortTannaz MohammadiBlair Rizzetto and Katie Budd

We have event chair Ray Ritchey to thank, posing here looking underdressed next to his Boston Properties crew, dressed as Batmen and Wonder Women. Ray and Boston Properties just signed WeWork to 120k SF at Metropolitan Square at 655 15th St NW, and he says he hopes the co-working giant's biggest DC office will help rebrand the building as one that can suit creative tenants and law firms alike.
