SCHMOOZARAMA II!

Washington, D.C.
SCHMOOZARAMA II!

We’re naming it with Roman numerals, just like the Super Bowl. 150 movers and shakers poured into the Second Annual Bisnow on Business Schmoozarama last night and showed they can talk, too. Thanks to the great Arent Fox law firm that put on for us the kind of first class party worthy of their legendary real estate law practice. No wonder Abe Pollin, Jim Clark, and Bob Johnson swear by them.

Amazingly, our advisory board chairman, John Donovan, retired two years ago from CarrAmerica, and who was fox hunting only yesterday morning at home near Middleburg, remembered how to get dressed up as if a working stiff again and found his way downtown. So many pix, there will be more tomorrow.

Monument co-founder Jeff Neal and Rand founder Linda Rabbitt. They ought to be in movies, don’t you think? (Darby was there, too, but we don’t want to overdo it on the Monument pix—see below.)

Boston Properties’ Ray Ritchey, center, looks like he could be officiating at the upcoming (and just revealed) June nuptials of GW property headSherry Rutherford and Monument EVP Bill Krokowski. See the key info you learn in Bisnow?

Newmark’s Tony Gould and JM Zell’s Jeff Zell. (Note to John Donovan: Tony was ready to throw some zingers at you if we’d turned on the mike, but people were having such a good time Schmoozing, we dispensed with the roast and you lucked out.)
