TMX Group Takes 44k SF At Cadillac Fairview’s Deloitte Tower

TMX Group has inked a long-term lease deal with Cadillac Fairview to relocate the Montréal Exchange at Deloitte Tower in 2018, taking 44k SF on two floors of the 26-storey LEED Platinum office building. The city's first new privately owned and financed commercial office tower built in more than 20 years, Deloitte Tower (500k SF) is between heritage-designated Windsor Station and the Bell Centre. It’s part of Quad Windsor, a $2B mixed-use project with 5M SF of residential, retail and office. The development includes Tour des Canadiens 1 and 2, condos developed in partnership with Canderel.
