Colliers International Group has acquired Groupe Immobilier (Montréal • Québec), a commercial real estate services and landlord representation firm in business more than 30 years. Deal terms were not disclosed. GIMQ will be rebranded as Colliers International, and its team, including president Andre G. Plourde (above), will be integrated into Colliers’ existing Montréal and Québec City offices. Andre says Colliers’ global platform and resources have already “enhanced our ability to grow asset value for Québec real estate investors.” Last week Colliers announced its acquisition of UK CRE firm Hatton Real Estate Ltd.
