About The Asset

Beverly Center features a modern yet classic design with European-influenced finishes designed by the Italian architecture firm Studio Fuksas. While Beverly Center is one of the largest structures in LA, it mixes soft and calm tones with glossy white metal mesh that wraps around the perimeter. Its skylight allows for more absorption and reverberation of natural light.

The mall’s three-story-high center court features a 20-by-35-foot LED screen and was designed to be a flexible space for meetings, events and art exhibits, suiting patrons’ needs for more collaborative and engaging experiences. It also features pedestrian and vehicular circulation to navigate the mall, with four levels of self-parking and valet services at street level.

While taking a break from shopping, visitors can enjoy a variety of dining options, including Korean steakhouse ABSteak by Michelin-starred chef Akira Back, H&H Brazilian Steakhouse and local LA favorite Nicolas Eatery. Plus, Little Sister is opening in the spring.

Beverly Center is at the epicenter of one of Los Angeles' most dynamic neighborhoods. Beverly Grove offers a unique blend of urban living with a residential feel. A mix of modern apartments and classic homes creates a lively community. Local businesses, from trendy cafés to boutique shops, enrich the area, making it a reflection of Los Angeles’ eclectic spirit.
