ICSC RECon is officially over. And while every retail broker, tenant and owner is still nursing a hangover, it's time to reminisce about the week in Vegas' best party: the Bisnow Beltway Bash.

More than 800 people bought tickets to join Bisnow and their Washington, DC-area colleagues at the Wynn Intrigue Nightclub. There were four bars—two inside, two outside—and delicious appetizers like buffalo chicken sliders, fried mac and cheese bites, lobster rolls and caprese skewers.

But while the food and, we'll call it "networking fuel," was a highlight of the evening, the real highlight was the commercial real estate all-stars who came over from the Las Vegas Convention Center, like Dave Dochter and Matt Alexander of Dochter & Alexander Retail Advisors, next to Jair Lynch.

The Rappaport Cos was a founding partner of the bash, and we snapped CEO Gary Rappaport and president Henry Fonvielle alongside JLL's Wes Boatright.

We also said hello to Peterson Cos (also a founding partner) president of development Taylor Chess and Chevy Chase Land Co CEO Tom Regnell.

While it was a little early for dancing, no one was complaining about the killer tunes DJ Crykit was pumping out. Nor were they complaining about the four-story waterfall/grotto behind her.

As guests descended the staircase into Intrigue from the Wynn casino, this lovely sight greeted them at the entryway.

Can you tell it was a good time from these pearly whites? The combined smiles of MetLife's Anthony Balestrieri, Eastdil Secured's Miles Spencer and Madison Marquette's David Brainerd lit up the whole club.

There were so many people in attendance, we could hardly fit their name tags on three long rectangular tables side by side.

One of the party's dozens of sponsors, Timmons Group's Roger Rodriguez, Sarah Collins and Rick Baker enjoyed the atmosphere inside the venue.

While A&R Development's Feras Qumseya, the IRS's Pamela Toe and Stewart Title's Morgan Gilligan enjoyed themselves outdoors during the magic hour.

We also snapped Chicago Title's Charlotte Troup Leighton, Hunsucker Goodstein's Kristi Singleton and Epic Consulting's Theo Bell.
