Madison Marquette Creates Role To Oversee The Wharf's Office Development

Madison Marquette has created a development director role to oversee The Wharf's office components.

York Murray will be tasked with filling the 11-floor, 220k SF 800 Maine (which recently signed DC-based MakeOffices to a 45k SF lease) as well as 1000 Maine and Pier 4.

The 24-acre mixed-use development on the Southwest Waterfront also signed four new retail tenants last week.

York has previously managed development for Comstock Partners' Loudoun Station Phase 2, a mixed-use development at the terminus of the Silver Line's expansion that is expected to deliver in 2020.
