The Wharf yesterday announced four new restaurant and retail tenants coming to Phase 1 of its Southwest Waterfront mixed-use community.

La Vie, a French-Medditeranean restaurant from the group behind buzzy 14th Street spot Provision No. 14 will feature a 1,100 SF waterfront terrace, rendered above, as part of its 9,800 SF location.

District Hardware and Bike, a 50-year-old family-owned hardware store with a café in Foggy Bottom is teaming up with Vigilante Coffee to create a 6,300 SF café and coffee bar in The Wharf. It will be designed by Natalie Park Design Studio.

Cordial Craft Wine Beer and Spirits will have a small 525 SF location in The Wharf. The liquor store company also has a location in Union Market.

The final retailer The Wharf announced yesterday will be a 9k SF CVS Pharmacy.

Other retail The Wharf has previously announced includes signature restaurant Del Mar from chef Fabio Trabocchi, Mediterranean restaurant Requin from Top Chef Mike Isabella, seafood restaurants Hank's On The Water and Rappahannock Oyster Bar.

Madison Marquette senior development director Ed De Avila told Bisnow earlier this year the developer is looking for creative, inspirational retailers that will be unlike anything residents have seen before.
