Regus and Colliers International have formed a partnership that will see Colliers serve as a strategic adviser to the global workspace provider, propelling Regus' expansion as it seeks to meet rising demand for flexible workspaces. Colliers will work with Regus to identify and develop workplaces in key markets, growing its network. In 2014 Regus added 400 locations worldwide, including at First Edmonton Place in Edmonton (above). Regus said the partnership will provide Canadian landlords with “unprecedented opportunities” to position their assets to benefit from the flexible workplace trend.
