ReDev Properties Sells Edmonton Office Building

ReDev Properties has sold a government building at 10242 105 St in Edmonton, a 95k SF office tower in the city’s central business district. The property—the first to be sold by ReDev in 2016—is fully leased with ground-floor retail. The offering attracted significant interest, ReDev president Richard Crenian says, noting the building, acquired by his company in 2005, was sold to a "long-established" private development and construction firm that’s active in Western Canada. He says ReDev is looking to sell and reacquire similar assets.
